Apartment Make Ready Technician | MAA Fall Creek

About the role

Join us as an Apartment Make Ready Technician and help exceed our residents’ expectations of a place to call home. This role performs general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment homes and other property facilities are in good working order, with a focus on preparing empty apartment homes for future residents.

Responsibilities

• Preparing apartment homes for move-in, including painting, pressure washing, and grounds keeping
• Performing basic maintenance tasks to ensure properties are fully functional

Requirements

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair
• Ability to work in outdoor environments exposed to adverse weather conditions
