About the role
AIR Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our apartment community in Maitland, FL. This role utilizes industry-leading technology to efficiently manage resident needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
- Complete apartment turns to ensure a perfect move-in experience for new residents.
- Resolve resident requested repairs and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Assist in managing vendor quality and perform move-in/move-out inspections.
- May provide functional/technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a facilities or building environment.
- Proficient skills in at least two technical trades such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.
- Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks, and on-call shifts.
- A reliable mode of transportation for responding to emergency service requests.
- Comfortable with physical activities due to moving heavy equipment and machinery.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.

- Expected hourly pay rate of $23.00 per hour.
