Apartment Maintenance Technician - Grant Row Lofts

About the role

AIR Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Thornton, CO area. This role utilizes industry-leading technology to efficiently manage resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete apartment turns to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
• Resolve resident requested repairs and perform routine maintenance.
• Assist with move-in/move-out inspections as needed.
• May provide guidance and training to other Maintenance Technicians.
• Manage vendor quality and perform on-call shifts as necessary.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a similar facility or building environment.
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.
• Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and 7-day work weeks.
• Reliable mode of transportation for responding to emergency service requests.
• Physical ability to move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
