Compensation, Benefits & Perks

• $18.00-$21.00 an hour
• Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction, or equivalent (we can train you!)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule

Full-time, year-round work. Overtime potential available! Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 4 weeks
