What You’ll Be Doing Completing work orders efficiently and professionallyPreparing units between residents (make-readies)Painting, staining, and light carpentryPreventative maintenance and exterior repairsOccasional on-call coverage (just one property!)Supporting housing inspections and safety protocols Skills We're Looking For 3+ years of general maintenance experience6+ months apartment maintenance experienceBasic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skillsHVAC repair experience and EPA certification requiredPool experience and CPO certification preferredStrong problem-solving and customer service mindsetWillingness to complete basic safety training within 30 days This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
