In this role, you’ll help maintain the community, ensure resident satisfaction, and keep daily operations running smoothly 🔧 Service Technician – The BLVD at White Springs 📍 Location: Nottingham, MD 💵 Compensation: $26/hour (based on experience) + phone allowance Key Responsibilities Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance work ordersPerform routine and preventative maintenancePrepare apartment homes for new residents (turnovers)Handle general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance maintenanceMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency repairs What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHands-on knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentryAvailability for after-hours emergency response (evenings, weekends, holidays)Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent3–5 years of residential maintenance experience preferredHVAC experience/certification preferred Why Join WPM?
