Apartment Maintenance Tech - Multi-Site

About the role

AMLI Residential is hiring a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician at two apartment complexes in Bellevue.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and higher-level maintenance service such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
• Ensure all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to “make ready” status in a timely and accurate manner.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
• Conduct inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience preferably apartment, hospitality or commercial.
• Availability for on call and weekend rotation.

Schedule

On-call availability and weekend rotation.
