Tribute Properties is searching for a motivated, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations on site. Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including repairs, installations, and routine inspections, with a focus on high quality and timely completion.
• Lead with Excellence: Lead, train, and motivate your team to maintain company standards, respond promptly to requests, and support an outstanding living experience.
• Hands-On: Diagnose and fix a wide range of areas, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Welcoming Spaces: Inspect new units that are coming online. Inspect all vacancies to determine make-ready needs and ensure quality turns for our new residents by creating a welcoming and comfortable living space.
• Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure equipment, building systems, and amenities operate optimally and meet safety standards.
• Safety First: Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents and your team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance or property management, with prior leadership experience in a multi-family environment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance; ability to lead and develop a team.
• Hands-on experience with basic hand and power tools, ability to lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease.
• HVAC/EPA Certification required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with a commitment to resident satisfaction and team excellence.

Pay

The pay for this opportunity may range anywhere from $30 to $36 per hour.
