Apartment Maintenance Manager - River View

Service Manager Berger Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Manager for Apartments at River View in Downtown Pittsburgh, PA. We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, team-driven, and takes pride in delivering top-notch service every day. In this role, you’ll be leading a skilled maintenance team, tackling challenges head-on, and keeping our community in great shape. One day you might be troubleshooting a repair, the next you’re coaching your team or finding ways to improve efficiency. Responsibilities

• Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Getting empty apartments move-in ready
• Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
• Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service

Pay

$65,000-$70,000 annually, paid biweekly.
