Apartment Maintenance Manager - Lumiere Chandler
Job Summary
We are hiring an Maintenance Manager for our property in Chandler, AZ. This role oversees maintenance at Lumiere Chandler, our 256-unit community in Chandler, AZ.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management, ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)
- 3-5 years of experience leading a team of people in customer service, and asset maintenance
- A reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
- Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery
- Read, write, and speak English
What You Will Do
- Lead and develop a team
- Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
- Manage all aspects of property maintenance which includes vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests
- Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure maintenance and capital needs are addressed
- Ensure property follows / in compliance with AIR operating procedures/guidelines, regulations, and other compliance matters including those related to Environmental Health & Safety
- Manage budget efficiently to maximize return on investment while maintaining highest level of quality and customer service
What We Offer
- Expected pay rate of $72,000 – $74,000 annually + 15% target bonus opportunity

- The market rent is included as additional income to your base salary and automatically applied to the 100% of the rent cost. Income taxes apply to 80% of the rent cost, as it is considered taxable income.
