Apartment Leasing Professional (Bilingual & Non-Bilingual) Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Apartment Leasing Professionals to support diverse communities. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and building positive resident relationships. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply, but English-only professionals are welcome as well. Job Duties: Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the communityGuide prospective residents through the application and leasing processProcess lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentationRespond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in personAccurately handle deposits and rent paymentsMaintain accurate records and assist with leasing reportsDeliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents Job Qualifications: Minimum 6-12 months of experience in apartment leasingBilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred but not requiredStrong knowledge of Fair Housing lawsExperience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing softwareStrong communication and organizational skillsMust be able to tour the property, including stairs and outdoor areasAvailability to work weekends as needed Why Join ESS?
