Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including maintenance, security, and landscaping
- Manage tenant relations and resolve complaints
- Conduct routine inspections and address safety concerns
- Develop and implement community improvement plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of property management software
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
