Apartment Community - Leasing Consultant

About the role

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Leasing Consultant to join their winning team at Georgetown Village Apartments in Toledo, OH.

Responsibilities

• Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
• Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings
• Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
• Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
• Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
• Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
• Affords assistance to Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
• Travel is a requirement

Requirements

• Prefer 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field
• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
• Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents

• Up to $15.00 - $17.00/hr. to start
• Up to $100.00 Commissions on new lease signings
