Apartment Building Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Community Clubhouse: Clean glass, mirrors, and windows; wipe and sanitize all surfaces, including desks and fitness equipment; clean and sanitize restrooms; sweep and mop floors; remove cobwebs; empty trash receptacles daily.
• Model Apartment: Dust and wipe down all surfaces; clean and straighten furniture; sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; ensure the model remains move-in ready for prospective residents.
• Stairwells & Hallways: Vacuum and sweep stairways; clean glass surfaces; maintain assigned hallways on a rotating schedule, ensuring each area is cleaned weekly.
• Laundry Rooms: Wipe down washers, dryers, and other surfaces; sweep and mop floors; empty trash receptacles; clean laundry facilities on a rotating weekly schedule.
• Seasonal Duties: Clean and maintain pool restroom facilities during the pool season.

Requirements

Ability to work independently
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform light physical cleaning tasks
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required
