Job Overview
AP Team Lead
Responsibilities
- Lead accounts payable team operations
- Oversee invoice processing and payment workflows
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of AP transactions
- Collaborate with internal departments on financial processes
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end closing and reporting activities
Qualifications
- Previous accounts payable or related financial experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and coordinate team tasks
- Proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Office
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Pay
- Hourly wage: $19 – $32 per hour (actual rate equals or exceeds applicable minimum wage)
- Additional annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay of $0.35 – $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply)
