About the role
Lead the AP Team in the Clinton, NC Walmart Supercenter. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing accounts payable operations and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the AP team
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions
- Monitor team metrics and performance against targets
- Provide training and support to team members
- Resolve complex AP issues and escalate as needed
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in accounts payable or related financial role
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Office
Pay
- Hourly wage: $19 – $32 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage)
- Additional annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay opportunities ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
