Pay
- Hourly wage: $20 – $33 per hour (actual rate equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location).
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed); multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.
