  • Review technical drawings and develop action plans.
  • Manage a wide range of Asset Protection and store development projects.
  • Ensure all activities are well coordinated and aligned with operational needs.
  • Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Maintain escalation procedures and ensure service levels are consistently met.
  • Document and monitor issues to achieve timely resolution.

Success in this role requires an independent, self-driven professional who can prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Drive lasting solutions to known issues/problems and drill into the root cause.

Partners, as required, with members of a given team or other Asset Protection Teams as appropriate to ensure problem resolution is obtained and, if necessary, the root cause is identified.

Coordinate and perform validations for modified or new systems.

Retain ownership of issues that cannot be resolved remotely while informing the customer of the status during the resolution process.

Provides ideas and solutions to prevent recurring problems and incidents that impact client computing support and overall employee productivity.

Build strong partnerships through monitoring customer expectations, measuring and managing results, and making necessary changes when appropriate.

  • Education and Qualifications:
    • A high school diploma is required.
    • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
  • Licenses/Certification/Registration:
    • Technical certifications are not required but preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 5-7 years’ work experience in a related retail environment.
    • Project Management.
    • Retail technology.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Deliver lasting solutions (reliable and stable).
    • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
    • Good technical knowledge of current network hardware and standards.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
    • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; mature, and articulate.
    • Proven ability to lead processes and identify and implement process improvements.
    • Administrative capabilities (scheduling, coordinating calendars, event management).
    • Customer-service orientation.
    • Ability to independently manage many changing tasks simultaneously.
    • Willingness to expand skill set and take on increasing responsibility.

Individual pay decisions will be based on a variety of factors, such as but not limited to, qualifications, education, job-related skills, relevant experience, and geographic location.
