Responsibilities

• Review, process, and track vendor invoices while ensuring required approvals are obtained
• Oversee accounts payable transactions, payment processing, and check preparation
• Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation for vendors and internal audits
• Audit and process timesheets, payroll data, and employee expense reports
• Prepare weekly payroll batch files and validate payroll accuracy
• Assist with year-end audit support and other accounting initiatives

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, debits, credits, and financial reporting concepts
• Experience with Microsoft Office; ADP is a plus
