AP/AR Specialist

Compensation: $78,000 - $90,000 + Bonus

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

• Manage accounts receivable for multiple real estate portfolios, including tenant charges, collections, and status reporting
• Communicate directly with tenants and property managers to ensure timely payments and accurate account updates
• Process accounts payable in Yardi, including invoices, check runs, tax payments, and utility payments
• Maintain accurate rent roll, billing, and property accounting data within Yardi
• Partner closely with the AP Manager and accounting leadership as portfolio volume continues to grow

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of AR/AP or property accounting experience within real estate
• Strong Yardi experience required
• Experience with tenant billing, collections, invoices, and property manager communication
• MRI, RealPage, or Timberline experience may be considered for highly experienced real estate candidates
• Self-directed, collaborative, and comfortable in a flexible, flat team environment
