Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facilities
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repair work
• Cook up with team members to schedule maintenance tasks and minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and order parts as needed
• Not a janitorial or grounds keeping position

About the Role

Antwerpen Automotive is actively hiring an Assistant Facility Maintenance/Handyman for their busy Automotive Dealership Group. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years experience in painting, ceiling tiles, drywall repair, light plumbing, light carpentry, and identifying general issues needing preventive maintenance.

Pay

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
