Responsibilities

• Aid customers in both English and Korean during the vehicle purchasing process.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Cook up with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle inventory and promotions.
• Facilitate smooth communication between customers and dealership departments.
• Aid with paperwork and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Korean and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous sales or customer service experience, especially in automotive sales, is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
