About the Role

Full-time Assistant Facility Maintenance/Handyman position for a busy Automotive Dealership Group. Must have 2-3 years experience in most of the following areas: painting, replacing ceiling tiles, drywall repair, light plumbing, light carpentry, and identifying general issues that need preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facilities
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repair work
• Coordinate with team members to schedule maintenance tasks and minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and order parts as needed

This is not a janitorial or grounds keeping position.

Requirements

• Reliable communication device (phone, text, email) capable
• General building maintenance tools
• Good work ethics and positive attitude
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Commitment to following safety protocols

Monday through Friday.
