Antitrust Litigation Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on antitrust litigation and merger control matters
• Support complex investigations and regulatory reviews
• Draft pleadings, submissions and substantive legal memoranda
• Aid with merger clearance and competition strategy
• Work closely with clients on high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional matters

Who You Are

• 3rd–5th year associate
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of antitrust and competition law
• Ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills

Compensation

Salary: $260,000 – $365,000
