Antitrust Associate Attorney

About the role

Crowell & Moring is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Antitrust and Competition practice in any of our Chicago, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, Orange County or Washington, DC offices.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience litigating antitrust matters, including drafting discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting complex briefs, and working with experts.
• Experience with day-to-day case management, including supervising junior associates and leading the discovery process, is a plus.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of antitrust litigation experience from a nationally recognized law firm or in government.
• A member of the state bar for the office to which you are applying or otherwise eligible for admission by waiver.

• Excellent academic credentials.
• Highly developed organizational, writing, and analytical skills.

Skills

• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Experience with expert witnesses and depositions.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $225,000 to $320,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus.
