Antitrust Associate Attorney
Job Description
Crowell & Moring is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Antitrust and Competition practice in any of our Chicago, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, Orange County or Washington, DC offices. We are seeking candidates with 2 to 5 years of antitrust litigation experience from a nationally recognized law firm or in government. Candidates should have hands-on experience litigating antitrust matters, including drafting discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting complex briefs, and working with experts. Experience with day-to-day case management, including supervising junior associates and leading the discovery process, is a plus. Candidates with judicial clerkship experience are encouraged to apply.
Candidates must be a member of the state bar for the office to which they are applying or otherwise eligible for admission by waiver. All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed organizational, writing and analytical skills.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of antitrust litigation experience from a nationally recognized law firm or in government

The salary range for this position is $225,000 to $320,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
