Responsibilities
- Provide and facilitate activities for all in the assigned subject area.
- Provide assistance to students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Assist student(s) with staying focused and on‑task, monitor and report behavior problems; take notes on material being instructed, re‑teach/teach material; assist students with completion of homework & tasks, classroom projects, and use of technology/computer.
- Prepare students with IEPs for quizzes and tests (i.e. study sessions, review games).
- Administer quizzes/tests as per IEP under guidance of classroom teacher and special education teacher.
- Attend/participate in IEP and team meetings, when required.
