ANTICIPATED OPENING - LEAVE REPLACEMENT - RESOURCE ROOM TEACHER (K-3)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Special Education Teacher to serve as a leave replacement in a resource room setting for early elementary students, grades 2 and 3. The teacher will provide targeted instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small-group and individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
• Monitor and document student progress
• Implement accommodations and modifications in the resource room setting

Requirements

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (early childhood/elementary preferred)
• Experience with early elementary students and IEP implementation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Resource room experience preferred

Pay

Salary range as per EEA Agreement (salary guide attached).
