About the role
Limestone Community School is seeking a 5th and 6th Grade Math/Science Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Preference will be given to candidates with appropriate certification and/or experience.
Responsibilities
- Teach math and science to 5th and 6th grade students
- Participate in the school's outdoor curriculum, which includes activities such as hiking, mountain biking, skiing, maple syrup, canoeing, and gardening
- Contribute to the development of an innovative and creative learning environment
Requirements
- Appropriate certification and/or experience in math and science teaching
- An interest in the school's outdoor curriculum activities

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success
