Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team in a client onboarding and transition support role. In this position, you will conduct operational and data analysis activities related to client onboarding, transitions, and conversions. Your responsibilities will include preparing for and executing onboarding processes, opening and closing client accounts, reviewing data for accuracy, and ensuring seamless data transfer and compliance. You will work closely with various teams to develop plans, monitor workflows, and support client relationships, primarily focusing on less complex clients or project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out operational and data analysis activities related to client onboarding, transitions, and conversions under guidance.
• Prepare for onboarding new clients, including opening accounts after due diligence on KYC and AML is completed; review account opening checklists for accuracy.
• Close accounts by verifying that all pending activity or balances have been addressed.
• Analyze, reconcile, and review incoming and outgoing data to ensure accurate translation to the platform.
• Perform pre-transition and conversion testing along with quality reviews of client data; escalate any findings to senior team members or transition specialists.
• Manage the daily workflow of client transition/conversion activities, monitoring data requirements, regulatory compliance, and data transfer coordination with third parties.
• Develop transition and conversion plans, set timelines, assess resource needs, and identify critical project paths.
• Cook up with multiple departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and proper documentation.
• Communicate project progress, escalate issues, and alert the team to potential delays.
• Support project management efforts for smaller or less complex client cases or project phases, contributing to team objectives.
• Collaborate with Transition Consulting, Relationship Management, and Account Management teams to understand client priorities and ensure a smooth client experience.
• Might have people management responsibilities in some regions; no direct reports are typically assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in operational data analysis or client onboarding activities.
• Ability to develop and follow detailed plans and timelines.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations related to client onboarding.
• Applicable regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced or graduate degree.
• Prior work experience in client-facing roles or project management.
• Experience supporting or contributing to client transition or onboarding projects.
• Familiarity with client onboarding platforms and data management tools.
