About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from concept to completion. You will play a central role in ensuring high quality, efficient processes, and effective collaboration between clients, public authorities, and professional service providers.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill the role of an overseeing project manager in our construction projects
• Prepare and submit building permits
• Participate in meetings with project leaders, municipalities, and contractors
• Monitor project progress throughout the entire project lifecycle until completion
• Contribute to the development of our local and corporate professional environment

Requirements

• Relevant education (e.g., lawyer/engineer/architect)
• Good understanding of public construction procedures and building laws with relevant regulations
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in preparing/soliciting building permits
