Physical Requirements
- Must be able to actively supervise preschool-aged children
- Must be able to move throughout classroom and outdoor learning environments
- Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required
- NC Pre-K qualifications and licensure requirements required
- Experience working in preschool or Pre-K settings preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification required or ability to obtain
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening and TB test, and must submit to random drug screenings.
