Leadership As ANS Lead, you will guide the team performing these tests, ensure clinical protocols are followed, troubleshoot TM Flow technology, and uphold a seamless guest experience. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on precision, process improvement, team coordination, and providing concierge-level care. 48_Management Created with Sketch. Oversee You will also oversee ANS data accuracy, assist in interpreting TM Flow outputs for quality assurance, and help drive education around the importance of ANS testing for both team members and guests. 48_Support Created with Sketch. Support You will work closely with ultrasound, phlebotomy, and clinical support teams to ensure efficient guest flow and exceptional communication throughout the CHA experience. Quality Assurance Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for TM Flow autonomic testing.Ensure the system is calibrated, functioning properly, and used according to guidelines. Protocol Adherence & Quality Assurance.Conduct quality checks on TM Flow data reports, ensuring results are complete and clinically meaningful.Ensure every guest receives compassionate, concierge-level care throughout their ANS testing experience. 48_Teamwork Created with Sketch.
