Anodize/ Plater Operator (Weekend Shift)
Position Summary
The Anodize/Plating Operator is responsible for executing scheduled work, including Anodize and Plating, adhering to internal procedures and customer requirements.
Essential Responsibilities
- Performs processing operations per instructions, including racking, un-racking, loading and unloading of parts.
- Verifies all internal procedures and customer requirements are followed and met, including accurately inputting data onto Route Card.
- Works closely with Department Technical and operational Leads to resolve issues.
- Contributes to 6S and continuous improvement efforts.
- Coordinates with department technical lead for Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and immediate containment for quality issues in their process.
- Communicates issues to achieve team goals and ensures operations are run efficiently.
- Develops processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Maintains the work area in a clean, safe, and hazard-free manner.
- Trains and certifies personnel for Chemical processes as necessary.
- Tracks supplies and asks supervisor to order in a timely manner, maintaining an accurate list of materials and supplies for ordering purposes.
Position Requirements
N/A (Industry Specific Training welcome. Ex: NASF, AS9100, or PRI/Nadcap trainings).
Chemical Processing/Surface Finishing Experience.
Strong technical skills in both Chemical Processing and Surface Finishing.
Excellent people skills and willingness to work in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, and ability to wear a respirator, steel toed shoes, safety glasses for up to 8 hours a day.

Hrs: Fri & Mon 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Sat & Sun 6 AM- 2:30 PM
