- Prior sales experience
- Experience working directly with clients
- Insurance licenses or willingness to obtain required licensing
Job Description
- Conduct retirement planning and annuity consultations with clients across the United States via telephone and video conference
- Meet with clients referred internally from our Medicare, Life Insurance, and Client Service teams
- Conduct retirement and financial discovery conversations
- Educate clients on fixed annuities, fixed indexed annuities (FIAs), MYGAs, and other non-securities retirement solutions
- Help clients evaluate income planning, asset preservation, and wealth transfer strategies
- Present recommendations based on client goals, needs, and risk tolerance
- Proactively contact existing clients to identify retirement planning and annuity opportunities
- Conduct periodic client reviews and follow-up conversations
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through both internal referrals and proactive outreach
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and client records
- Work closely with leadership to continue refining and improving our retirement planning process
- Help establish best practices as we continue building and expanding our Wealth Division
