Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
  • Prior sales experience
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Insurance licenses or willingness to obtain required licensing

Job Description

  • Conduct retirement planning and annuity consultations with clients across the United States via telephone and video conference
  • Meet with clients referred internally from our Medicare, Life Insurance, and Client Service teams
  • Conduct retirement and financial discovery conversations
  • Educate clients on fixed annuities, fixed indexed annuities (FIAs), MYGAs, and other non-securities retirement solutions
  • Help clients evaluate income planning, asset preservation, and wealth transfer strategies
  • Present recommendations based on client goals, needs, and risk tolerance
  • Proactively contact existing clients to identify retirement planning and annuity opportunities
  • Conduct periodic client reviews and follow-up conversations
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through both internal referrals and proactive outreach
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and client records
  • Work closely with leadership to continue refining and improving our retirement planning process
  • Help establish best practices as we continue building and expanding our Wealth Division
