About the role
The ideal candidate will grow their sales career with Prudential, a leading financial services institution. This position offers growth opportunities and exposure to different departments within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Learn about the financial services industry and gain exposure to various departments.
- Gain experience with FINRA SIE, Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses.
- Work towards becoming a Senior Inbound Sales Consultant.
- Prepare and present sales plans and materials, provide technical information, and develop sales presentations.
- Generate sales opportunities and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- Desire and curiosity to learn about annuities and other investment products and services.
- Ability to multitask and work under time constraints.
- Self-motivated and team-focused.
- Flexibility, resourcefulness, tactfulness, and a desire to continuously improve.
- Confidence, persuasiveness, and credibility over the phone and in person.
- FINRA SIE, Series 6, 63, and State Insurance license required (or able to obtain within 120 days).
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Experience in sales or internships is a plus.

Pay
The salary range for this role is from $45,700.00 to $75,500.00. Specific pricing may vary based on factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
Schedule
The current Employee Work Arrangement for this opening is Hybrid. The employee will work 3 days a week at a Prudential location in Newark, NJ, Dresher, PA, or Shelton, CT. Mandatory onsite/offsite meetings/trainings require attendance in the office.
