About the role

The ideal candidate will grow their sales career with Prudential, a leading financial services institution. This position offers growth opportunities and exposure to different departments within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Learn about the financial services industry and gain exposure to various departments.
  • Gain experience with FINRA SIE, Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses.
  • Work towards becoming a Senior Inbound Sales Consultant.
  • Prepare and present sales plans and materials, provide technical information, and develop sales presentations.
  • Generate sales opportunities and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

  • Desire and curiosity to learn about annuities and other investment products and services.
  • Ability to multitask and work under time constraints.
  • Self-motivated and team-focused.
  • Flexibility, resourcefulness, tactfulness, and a desire to continuously improve.
  • Confidence, persuasiveness, and credibility over the phone and in person.
  • FINRA SIE, Series 6, 63, and State Insurance license required (or able to obtain within 120 days).

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Experience in sales or internships is a plus.

Pay

The salary range for this role is from $45,700.00 to $75,500.00. Specific pricing may vary based on factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.

Schedule

The current Employee Work Arrangement for this opening is Hybrid. The employee will work 3 days a week at a Prudential location in Newark, NJ, Dresher, PA, or Shelton, CT. Mandatory onsite/offsite meetings/trainings require attendance in the office.
