Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire anniversary project
- Lead planning meetings
- Create timelines and deadlines
- Keep volunteers accountable
- Cook up committees
- Track progress on fundraising, sponsorships, marketing, and logistics
- Report directly to Executive Director (BABS)
- Maintain project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Google Sheets, etc.)

About the Role
The Anniversary Project Manager Volunteer will lead and coordinate the planning of the Arts in CT 10-Year Anniversary Celebration. They will work with committee leaders to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
