About the Journal

Annales UMCS Sectio FF Philologiae publishes thematically and methodologically diverse articles within the research area of the humanities, primarily in literary studies, linguistics (both Polish and neophilological studies), and cultural studies. The journal's biannual volumes explore multidisciplinary approaches to the humanities from various perspectives.

Open to both experienced scholars and early-career researchers, the journal serves as a platform for intergenerational dialogue and the presentation of diverse viewpoints on the topics discussed in each volume. By collaborating with authors, reviewers, and editorial board members from internationally renowned academic centers, the journal promotes the internationalization of humanities research conducted in Poland.

Since 2018, scientific articles have been published in thematic issues focusing on selected literary, linguistic, and cultural phenomena. As of 2021, the journal is published exclusively in electronic format.
