Animation Technician

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair animatronics, ride lighting, and ride show elements.
• On-site repair and general troubleshooting of pneumatic systems, prop controllers, waterpark equipment, animatronic systems, fiberglass, welding, fog systems, and other miscellaneous equipment.
• Work under the supervision of full-time technicians, foreman, and supervisor to enhance your technical skills.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must join the Laborers Union.
• Own hand tools are required.
• Basic understanding of electrical equipment and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with animatronics and animatronic prop controllers is preferred.
• Able to work at heights including catwalks, aerial lifts, crane baskets, scaffolding, and structure climb.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
