About the role

Job Title: Animatics Assembler B
Reporting To: Supervisor, Assembly
Work Schedule: Onsite – Murphy, NC

Responsibilities

• Performs assembly operations in fast-paced work environment.
• Follows work instructions pertaining to assembly and test.
• Utilizes computer to program software/firmware onto SmartMotor products.
• Performs testing operations on SmartMotor products.
• Troubleshoots basic electronic and mechanical assembly problems.
• Performs assembly, touch up, and final assembly of SmartMotor products.
• Performs basic mechanical assembly utilizing small hand tools and crimpers.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English.
• Demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Possess Mechanical Aptitude.
• Possess good eyesight with the ability to distinguish colors and good hand dexterity/range of motion, including mobility.
