Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates is highly desirable. A proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are critical to success in this role. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
