Angels Baseball & Softball Camps Director (Eastvale - Inland Empire)

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers
• Supervise, manage, and motivate staff and campers, ensuring that the camp experience is delivered at a high level
• Execute Los Angeles Angels Baseball Camps Curriculum daily, under the direction of the Site Director
• Provide feedback and suggestions during drills and games
• Highlight teachable moments for campers to learn and grow from
• Work together with other team members from various backgrounds to uphold the Angels Baseball Camps stellar reputation

Qualifications

• Be prepared to make a 6 week commitment Monday-Friday for approximately eight hours per day
• Angels Baseball & Softball Camps run every week from July 6, 2026 to August 14, 2026
• Be prepared to travel to each site with reliable transportation of your own
• Be able to pass a comprehensive background screening
• Be a polished professional with demonstrated leadership ability
• At times be responsible for driving a rented cargo van & having a safe space to park it (Angels Baseball & Softball Camps covers the cost of fuel for the van associated with work/camp use only)
• Camp Locations include: Mission Viejo, Costa Mesa, Anaheim, Eastvale, Laguna Niguel, Irvine

Interview Process

• Receive an invitation to complete a one-way interview
• Complete a 15 minute virtual interview with our Angels Camps recruiter
• Complete a 20 minute virtual interview with our Executive Director
• Final decision!

Pay

Pay is based on skill level and experience. The weekly range for this position is $1,360 to $1,500 per week.
