Anesthesiology- Physician- Waterloo/CF- $680K Earning Potential, $150K Bonuses & Up to 12 Weeks Off Annually
The MercyOne Waterloo and Cedar Falls teams are seeking a General Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative group providing care at two modern hospitals located just 15 minutes apart. This opportunity offers an exceptional work-life balance with 9 weeks of paid vacation annually (approximately 12 weeks off with a 10-hour shift model), extra call pay, and vacation buy-back options. Physicians enjoy a high level of autonomy managing their own cases with no open-heart procedures and a diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, spine, ENT, OB, pediatrics, neurosurgery, IR, and more.

- $600K guaranteed salary with up to $680K income potential
