About the role

HCA Florida Trinity Hospital is seeking a Full-time General Anesthesiologist to join their dynamic and established team in Trinity, FL. This Program is experiencing exciting growth and offers an outstanding culture.

Responsibilities

• Staffing model of 8 Anesthesiologists and 21 CAAs covering 15 Sites of service.
• Medical Direction of CAAs and CRNA's.
• Diverse mix of cases including General Surgery, Ortho, Endo, GYN, Vascular, OB, and EP, Spine, etc. No Trauma. No Cardiac.
• Average work week is 40-50 hours plus in-house overnight call 1:8, 3p - 7a. Post call day off.
• Dedicated APP stays In-house and covers OB, Monday- Sunday, 8p-8a. 3 person team on a 3 week rotation.

Requirements

• No prior trauma or cardiac experience required.
• Experience with OB nighthawk APPs preferred.
• Competitive compensation package including $50K start date bonus and relocation assistance.
• 10 weeks PTO and $5K in CME annually.
• Additional pay if clinician opts to pick-up an extra shift.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Current Florida Medical License.
• ACGME/AAGBI certified Anesthesiologist.
• Experience with diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy, gynecology, vascular surgery, obstetrics, and electrophysiology.
• Experience with in-house overnight call and dedicated APP coverage for OB services.
