• Work with a team of 13 physicians and 25 CRNAs in a supportive medical direction model with opportunities for solo cases.

• Provide full-spectrum anesthesia services to a diverse patient population with a strong focus on safety and quality (staffing ratios 1:2 / 1:3).

Work-Life Balance

• Manage a reasonable call schedule (3-4 per month) with post-call day off and nocturnist support to limit overnight shifts.

Flexible Locations

• Practice across Cooperstown, Oneonta, Cobleskill, and Little Falls, with flexibility for anesthesiologists living in Albany, Binghamton, Utica, or Syracuse.

Requirements

• Board certified/eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Completion of an Anesthesiology Residency.
• New York medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• BLS certification required.
• Strong teamwork, patient-centered approach, and ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary academic setting.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $600,000.
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $200,000.
• 54 month retention commitment.
• Residency Stipend: Up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation.
• Paid Time Off: 10 weeks per year, with up to 2 weeks convertible to CME and a $4,000 CME allowance.
