Anesthesiology Physician Assistant

Seeking CRNA professionals to join a growing hospital-employed anesthesia team in Southern Ohio. Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia services for various specialties including general, OB/maternity, ENT, ophthalmology, and orthopedics. Manage an average caseload with specific case types and participate in a call schedule, including weekend rotations. Ensure safe anesthesia delivery and collaborate with medical staff to meet patient care standards. Qualifications: Certified or eligible for certification as a CRNA. Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment are essential. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive annual salary ($179,000 - $195,000), with adjustments for non-boarded practitioners. Two-year contract includes 4 weeks of vacation, holidays, CME allowance up to $5,000, and paid moving expenses. Malpractice insurance, health coverage, and retirement plans (457b and 403b) are provided. Bonus incentives up to 30%, signing bonus (up to $50,000), and additional pay for call coverage are offered. The role involves no heart cases and standard weekday hours with minimal weekend call.
