About the role
The incoming provider will join a collaborative and well-supported environment, leading a team that includes 6 anesthesiologists and a full complement of CRNAs.
Responsibilities
- No trauma, cardiac, neuro, or vascular cases – Bread-and-butter case mix with regional blocks and OB (~800 annual deliveries).
- Stable & flexible schedule – Most physicians work 3–4 days per week with the option to pick up additional shifts.
- Collaborative group practice with strong hospital relationships and long-standing stability
- Outstanding compensation package – $50K sign-on bonus, and average partner earnings of $600K+
- Quick path to partnership – 1-year track with no buy-in required
