About the Role

• Hospital-employed position with a 100% physician anesthesia model (no CRNA direction)
• 15 shifts per month with equitable distribution of call and cases
• Broad general anesthesia + OB case mix; no cardiac, vascular, trauma, or neuro cases
• Predictable schedule designed for sustainability and work-life balance
• Collegial, team-oriented group with strong OR and administrative support
• Competitive base salary of $525,000 plus a substantial sign-on bonus
• Start date: ASAP
