About the role

As a CRNA in anesthesiology at DocCafe, you will be responsible for providing anesthesia care under the supervision of an anesthesiologist. You will work in a variety of settings including hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory surgical centers. Your primary focus will be to ensure patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare providers to develop and implement anesthesia plans
• Document all patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
• Current license to practice as a CRNA in Kansas
• At least 3 years of experience as a CRNA
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
