Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Day shifts
• 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Scheduled coverage only
• No call required

Practice Details

• Full-time CRNAs needed
• Care Team Model
• Three sites of service
• One physician and three advanced practice providers
• No call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active Florida CRNA license (facility is not able to sponsor licensure)

Credentialing

Credentialing timeline is approximately 90 days. Candidates should be prepared for advance onboarding.
